[It's the end of a long week of work at the flower shop and Aerith has her arms full of flowers. She has decided to buy herself a nice bouquet with her discount to bring back to her apartment because why not? She deserves to treat herself! Aerith has just the spot in mind for these flowers. Admittedly, she has been eyeing the display in the front of the store every day this week and daydreaming about taking it home with her so it's really about time.
Unfortunately, this particular bouquet also happens to be massive. It's so massive, in fact, that she can't see over the top of it. In spite of her careful steps down the sidewalk and attempts to see oncoming pedestrian traffic she finds herself bumping into someone tall and sturdy enough to cause her to lose her balance with a small yelp. The bouquet goes flying out of her arms, raining down roses and lilies over their heads. She stabilizes, without falling, and looks around to survey the damage.
It's late enough in the evening that they seem to be the only two people on this sidewalk. Aerith is sure the bouquet can be recovered without any damage. She finds a rose tucked into her dress and pulls it out with a laugh.]
I'm so sorry!
[Aerith finally looks up at the man she bumped into and, oh no, he's so handsome and this is so embarrassing. She blushes, hoping the night conceals her face enough that this stranger won't see, and notices one of the lilies sitting on his head. She reaches up to pluck it off of him and holds it with her rose.]
